Because it is important that we have tracking numbers for our packages in case they go astray, we are not able to offer some of the more inexpensive international shipping options. Returns
The Mark of a Leader Inc. accepts returns for refund and credit as specified below.
Credit or Exchange: Within thirty (30) days of purchase with email receipt. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, return it with a written description of the complaint.
Refund: Within ten (10) days of purchase with email receipt. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Return the item with a copy of the receipt and the date of purchase and a request in writing to refund your purchase.

Cost of Shipping Returns
Our customers are responsible for shipping of the product to The Mark of a Leader Inc. If there was a problem with the product or there was an error on the order, we will credit you for reasonable shipping costs.
